go to your mugen doc folder, find the sctrl file. open it and find velset

which is gonna move wtf youhaven't understand anything animelem = 6 means the frame of the anim not that it have to hit it depends on the sctrl you use
in hitdef it hits in velset it moves facepalm

this means how you move the x is the forward/backward velocity the y is the up/down velocity
