| I gave it my own go.
1. Do not try to sell Mugen.
2. You cannot have more than one account.
3. Do not revive old topics, they are considered old after 4 weeks, there are a few exceptions to this, including, but not limited to:
-A Work In Progress thread that has been dead for a month is revived with updates from the creator
-A character request that no one has previously answered is answered
4. Links with infected content are strictly off limits.
5. No adult images, adult links, or adult account trading, this is especially true regarding any form of shock images.
6. Don't cross post. That's when you repeat a post in multiple threads or categories.
7. Learn to take and expect criticism, when you post something online people are free to give their opinions on it, most of the time people have good intentions when giving criticism and mean to help you improve, do not respond to this as such : "You do it better" or "Show me something better." However, criticism does not mean telling someone their creation sucks, that is not helpful in any way and people are free to ignore your opinion.
8. Do not spam, spamming deteriorates into the following:
-Repeating the same thing in multiple threads, with no relevance.
-Posting one word responses multiple times
-Adding nothing of relevance to a topic
9. This is also a discussion platform. Being polite does not necessitate agreement in all matters. You can disagree vehemently with a claim brought forth by somebody else and start a discussion about this point.
Fencing back and forth over a matter and evaluating arguments from all sides can be good training and healthy—but it requires a certain detachment and that you take the time to type an actual counter-argument that has a relation to the statements of the other side's position . . . and that you actually read and respond to what they have said, and not just rant in the general direction of their user profile starting with the creation of the universe until you run out of words.
10.Argumentative posts are not off limits, they create controversy, which creates activity, however there is a limit.
The following is allowed:
There is a thread discussing who is more important a spriter or coder, a spriter and coder both get into an argument exchanging their different opinions.
The following is not allowed:
That same thread, another spriter decides to come in and insult the coder, making no relevant points or attempts to counter-argue the coders points, but just attack the coder personally.
What do you guys think?

-Talk with and to users. Not about them, and not down to them.
-A thread with controversial content is not to be forbidden because it contains controversial content and the potential for conflict. It's not about topics, It's about the users. They write the posts. If they post in an undesirable way in a certain topic, do not lock the topic to make it stop but talk to the users instead.
-Do not delete posts. Unless a post is truly garbage, adds nothing worthwhile at all and has not already been included or replied to in the following posts... if it has already been replied to, it stays. Unless the replies are of the same quality and also add nothing themselves either. But usually they do. In those cases, do not clean and thereby break topics by dumping multiple posts.(yes we can do this in ucoz, although we'd need a separate section for a specific location to dump these "broken up replies"
-Do not edit posts in order to say something. It's rude and might not even be noticed by the original poster.
-The standard approach to any situation: post in places where trouble occurs to show everybody what kind of behavior is unwanted. If you can guess that the offending user will read your public post you might not have to do anything else. Otherwise, you can either wait and later write him a private message, or include a private message from the beginning. It doesn't even need to say anything witty, could be a link to your public post or a quote of it.
-Step back. Slow down, and know when to stop.

| the rules sound good. I never did see a problem with necroposting though. unless its to request the character then its just annoying lol.
