| oy kent sou-bot is doing his job im sure he warned you first before banning you when you went off topic yeesh. MOST forums have a rule against going offtopic. If you are warned multiple times or even once and keep doing it you are subject to w/e the mod wants to do.
Hien is a good mod as well he keeps crap threads to a minimum. i wouldn't be saying this if i didn't agree with them. Honestly personally though I do not think there should be an offtopic rule.
on mffa we do not have one people can talk about w/e they want (for the most part) whenever and it functions fine. if those are the rules here though it has to be enforced.

how much time ago was that? I'm sorry but when i came back i've been told it wasn't the first time you were bad, and the whole mb problem was mainstream here. that's my fault because i thought someone else already warned you i agree. but you keep reminding it.

basically the main problem of the rules is how different mods interpret them differently.
There needs to be a specific condition against every rule like [insert a user breaking rules here] more than [* times] than he must be reproofed and banned for [* days]
and he must be warned every time he breaks a rule.
