| 1. No short, low quality posts like "bump", "lol", "roflmao", "thanks", any repeated characters, or a post containing only smileys.
2. Don't give meaningless rep, whether it is - or +.
3. No direct links to infected downloads in posts or profiles.
4. No posting of personal information that isn't yours. Privacy is to be respected here.
5. Signature images can be no larger than 650x280 pixels and 500k size. Animated gifs should not be annoying.
6. You cannot ask for or offer reputation in posts, signatures, or PM. This includes encouragement like "rep is appreciated".
7. No adult images, adult links, or adult account trading.
8. Advertising of competing sites is not allowed outside the link sharing section. Advertising in your signature is allowed.
9. No political or religious compulsive expression in your profile. This includes user titles, signatures, and avatars. This is a MUGEN site.
10. Post in the correct category. Read the forum descriptions if you are confused.
11. This is an english forum, thus speak in english please. Use the translator if you don't know how to speak it.
12. Try to make your posts understandable, we understand English may not be your first language, in which case, try using a translator. Good grammar is appreciated.
13. Don't cross post. That's when you repeat a post in multiple threads or categories.
14. Follow the golden rule: be nice to others.
15. Try to take criticism: Don't go mad over someone's criticism and post saying "Show me something better" or "You try to do it". Learn to take it properly without arguing and try to improve yourself. If posts like these are seen, they will be deleted without giving the user any notice. But if the criticism is not helping and is just 'sucks' or it is more like a troll, the user will be warned and the post will be deleted.

16. Feel free to leave criticism on moderators, tell us how we are at doing our job!
17. No bumping threads without waiting 24 hours! And please don't bump more than twice in one thread. Try sharing the link to the thread with members in other ways.
Some rules about mods:
- Mods must warn directly the users that are breaking the rules. No indirects.
- Mods must not delete threads with relevant information, regarding either users or the site itself. Mods that don't follow this rule will be punished by the admin itself.
Rules about Spam
1) Don't post anything extremely vulgar/gross
2) No spamming. Spamming is:
- Posting the same thing over and over, or only posting to advertise.
- Although we appreciate your enthusiasm for the forum, hitting over 100 posts in a single day MIGHT get you temporarily banned. (depending on post quality of course)
- Posting one word responses like "This" or "LOL" or even just a single smiley. Please try to add something to the conversation.
Sometimes your post might be deleted by the Admin or the Mods, that is, if your post was off-topic or wasn't needed in the thread.
3) Try to post within the correct categories. It will help members to find content in the long run. If you don't know where to post something, just ask.
4) No reviving dead topics unless you have a good reason for that
To newbies: If you accidentally revive a dead thread once, don't worry about it. But if you continue to revive dead threads, you might get a reproof. Please be sure to look at the date of the last post.
To members: If you see a dead thread revived, just ignore it. Also, there is no need to report it to an admin or mod. We have eyes we can see it. If we feel that something needs to be done about it, we'll take care of it.
- If a thread of yours gets locked due to inactivity, you can always ask an admin or mod to unlock it for you.

| That rules states that you may have been spamming because you reached 100 posts in one day so you might be banned but its not necessary that the posts are spams so Quote (NatsuDragneel) It just implies the sheer possibility of getting banned for spamming.

| no. the 100 post in a day rule is ok. even if you are trying to sincerely help people, you won't reach even 50 in a single day. the site is not that active for people to post even 50 times a day.
change MIGHT to DEFINITELY WOULD

| New rules, new mods, replacing old threads, arrival of "Sogeking"....
Sigh. what happened guys? why is everything SO different than it used to be? I'm not gonna lie when i say this. ALL the mods here are changing this site for the better, but not in the right way. "No Spamming small posts like "lol","bump", etc. thats a good idea, i have to admit, but about the "No bumping threads without waiting 24 hours! And please don't bump more than twice in one thread. Try sharing the link to the thread with members in other ways." rule, i really don't get it.. And not only that, but for some reason EVERYONE IS SO F***ING STRICT! WHY!? if you're worried about trolls, Thats what mods are for! if anyone breaks the rules here, -rep them for all i care, but Ban? C'mon guys. Maybe for a day or two, but DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT A WEEK! (unless constantly tolling) And the 100 posts rule, its not THAT bad to have a 100 posts in one day. ONLY and ONLY if most of them are troll comments guys.

rules are not rules per se in its function/purpose really, they are just used for excuses by mods, again, mostly by nigger_boy, followed by other staff

| bump = reviving threads
this one needs to be more specific. how many days or months the last post is before it cannot be revived. and also, if the thread maker bumps his own thread, is it allowed? add it to the rule. again, the technicality of the rules is a source of possible fuckery by most people.
