I agree on this one and i wont lie i asked a member here before to +rep me cause some member here -rep me for no reason, it even happened to "Hien" thats not fear, i think you should add in that rule (dont -rep ppl for no reason).
BTW im talkin about the sake of all members here not only me or "Hien" or someone in particular.
I know the rule number 2 covers what i said but i want to see it in this rule as well so ppl pay more attentions to it.
