I have all of the other ones, which are greatly coded and have sounds and what not. I know that there are no amazing Doflamingos, but does anyone have one? I can't seem to find one?
there is one by megadoomer. but it was just made from dofla gb1 support sheet long ago. he calls just random supports. idk if i still have that char though.

loljohn, No? It just happens that half the One Piece characters that people are looking for are in that mugen, im simply sharing it with them, thats what this forum is for, they ask and others give.
