| im pretty sure its izuna honestly, remember the story he told sasuke most of it was true. he can't be madara due to well madara being revived with tobi still there. he must be izuna cause it had to be someone who knew madaras story quite well. Secondly Madara has stated he did not die in the fight with senju and something ELSE killed him could of been izuna taking his eyes. meaning the story told to sasuke was reversed.

| You guys have many theories, but mine are:
-Uchia Kagami:possible because we all know the members on Nobirata team became elders in the village but where is Kagami. We did not hear much about him. Maybe because Kagami learn about the history of Uchia Madara. Negative reason:we don't know about him
-Uchia Shisui:More possible. Since we have heard too much about him without seeing him in action. Itachi said he eraeses his existence, leaving no corpse behind it is very possible that he is Shisui. Negative reason: Why woula such aman who love his village turn out to be a world disater?
-Uchia Izuna:even more possible.Since we see the shock of Tobi when Kabuto revived Uchia Madara it could be his shock for his bro. I have heard a rumors: Rikudo justice:
-Mengakyou sharingan: see death of close friend, sibling
-Elternal Mengakyou sharingan:Take eye of a sibling(Must be an Uchia
-Rinnegan:Sacrafice himself.
After that the Rinnegan will revive not him but the one whose eye was taken.Understand?NR:The justice maybe just a rumor
An unknow medical Uchia:More more possible. He can transplate Rinnegan. Maybe he works for Uchia Madara and continue his Moon Eye plan. Since Madara call him "this is"his" doing" it means that it must be someone that Madara know
