| I want to make a character in mugen and someones going to help me but i need to make a sprite sheet but i dont know how cause im a complete noob  so I was wondering if anybody knew how to make chibi sprites and could explain and a program for making them

well you might as well take other peoples sprites what is wrong about that ?
well i am not sure about program you can just take a simple Paint but i don't think it makes a difference if it is a other program as long as you can draw with it.

| if you notice, when you zoom in on a sprite sheet, you can see pixels
If you are making your own original character, you should just sprite from scratch.
Most stuff nowadays are drawn on computers. You can tell by looking at them.

Whatever Chibi Sprite U Want To Sprite Find A Base For It.Base Is A Normal Sprite Which Will Help U Make A Sprite Etc Etc

ignore KOX, he is trying his best to act smart in any area possible
for spriting, either chibi, pocket or normal sized, the best way to learn is to try to edit existing sprites
also, KOX, i sprite. and yes better than you.
