Well It Fogs the screen aka decreases visibility or that mist in which he starts hitting the opponent

when you're asking for help, always explain the thing you want to achieve, how it should work in mugen. don't tell something like mist jutsu of zabuza. not all people know about it, and second, even if we do, we still can't read your mind on how you want to code it in mugen

Doing enemy not to be able to see would only work if you're playing against somebody else. The CPU can't be blinded. Anyways, if you want to do that, just get any big mist sprite and use it as an Explod over all the screen.
