open the characters cns file with the notepad and find:
[Size]
xscale = 1 ;Horizontal scaling factor.
yscale = 1 ;Vertical scaling factor.
Just change the numbers until you get the right size...........

but some attacks are gonna get smaller because your character is bigger........ like projectile and helpers are gonna stay the same unless you change their size tooo
