No idea why this thread doesn't exist yet, since half the threads in this section appear to be a "how make mugen char" threads, i'll just make a compilation of different tutorials in one thread, so people can get all their needs in just one thread.
Anyone else can go ahead and post some tutorials they've come across/found useful, because fuck if going to add every single tutorial.
