My chars are good but when I see them in the select screen. Their pictures are way off! Like the picture was suppose to be in it's correct position but I was 10 spaces away! How do I remove these portraits without losing them entirely? My mugen roster is pretty messy right now.

open the sff files in fighter factory, find the select portrait, and adjust as much as you need.

The big portrait in the select was too big and the small portrait in character roster is out of it's position. Like this X=char.

Normal: ABCDX

Abnormal ABCD X

open fighter factory, if you have one
http://www.virtualltek.com/downloads--->the link download fighter factory ultimate
menu bar>file>open>look for the def file of your char>sprites

big portraitlook for the sprite ; group 9000 image 1 [big portrait]{magnifying glass to search} > click on the folder icon(pink one) and search for the pic you want to replace with the sprite

Small portraitlook for the sprite ; group 9000 image 0 [big portrait]{magnifying glass to search} > set x axis to o and y axis to 0

sorry if its too confusing, watching a video will help you understand it better
