can anyone help me know about the cmd, cns, sff and act

I dont know why is it that when I add sprites to the sff, it goes a different color

getting palette to the correct color with the sprites
coding moves
I really dont know much about statedef or even the cns
or any of those programming languages
found in the cmd or those in the changestate of the cmd
I'm just able to change those I understand such as
poweradd = ##

I really want to know how to make chars happy
