dude the problem isnot with your sp its your mugen enginge resolution
change it and problem is good to go

change window resolution and the stretch to 1

That is actually the full screen picture, and it is already streched. See the "1" icon? The select screen should be bigger and the 1 icon should be in the correct place.

if its already stretch = 1 then the problem is now obviously the compatibility of hi-res to low-res. i also had this problem long ago, i asked my screenpack expert friend to fix it for me XD
