| Is it possible to make WinMUGEN run in a window instead of fullscreen?

| you can adjust the resolution in mugen.cfg Added (2011-05-14, 8:34 PM)

Yes and no. Yes because I decided to stop using WinMUGEN and no because if I wanted to go back to it, I still have no idea how to make it stop going fullscreen.
