HOW TO FIX MUSIC NOT PLAYING it all depends on the plugin, the default plugin for mugen sucks if your using mp3's you must get the right plugin then configure the mugen.cfg to read the new plugin, for mp3 the plugin you want is in_mp3pro.dll, my mugen doesn't skip when i have this plugin once you have this plugin go in your mugen.cfg under "sound configuration WINDOWS" theres another one but leave it alone, and where it says "list all compatible winamp plugins here" put this in exactly the way it is!!!
plugin=plugins/in_mp3pro.dll, mp3
this is assuming that there are no typo's (remember that there CANNOT be any spaces in the name of the song you are using i.e. "Funky Bay", make it look like this "Funky-Bay")
