atm, my final boss in Arcade mode is Shin Gouki by Pots. But I wanna make it so that if you get through arcade mode without losing a single round, you face someone like God Orochi after you've beaten Shin Gouki.

Can this be done in Mugen?

You can't make the game recognize when you win/lose rounds. So you can't do this.
