Char's background colour doesn't disappear.

I'm trying to edit a screenpack.After modifying Ryu's image,i save it as in different modes of files like pgn,pcx,bmp,however,background colour doesn't disappear.

What's wrong?

Pallete probs.
U have to set the BG Colour (in your case the white color) in the first place of your pallete.
I use PSP to do it, however it's hard to explain... Why don't you seek a vid in youtube?

Fighter Factory Ultimate, latest update of FF.
I have it, but I sticked with the old one, this new one has more functions but it's harder to understand if you used a lot the old one before.

yeah... I didn't know there was a new version of fighter factory..... I just use the old one..
