| there are a couple of Iori's that can do that, go to the character sharing forum and look up "the strongest Iori I've ever seen." That is Heaven Iori, and he can do that.

| But that Iori is not balanced, its just cheap.
If you're looking for a good balanced Iori try the one by Jin, I think it has the move you're looking for.
