Good Ryu. Just need to tweak his hp and we're good. Just use a notepad to get into the cns file. Be careful not to mess up his special attacks by altering his stats.
this is one of my favourite ryu's to play as..... but not against. Even if you tweak hp, power, def, this one has way too aggressive A.I. prepare for a pasting!!
this character has too much hp, anyone know how i can reduce the hp? and he's a strong character, should probably be in the Forbidden Section, too strong, and too much hp lol
