  Weird, some are zip some r rar.: To my knowledge only zips are downloadable.

Info: U go to extract files, put bits and pieces into a folder (if not in one) and move to location, next go to that location and make sure you move it to 'chars', then go to the 'data' folder and open the file that says 'select', where it shows examples of characters, you add yours in and after it type /stages/(name again).def, ur done! =D
