| just go to youtube put in mugen rosters itll be one of the 1st vids that pops up......click the description and itll tell u where to DL the screen pack and all of the char lot files he made.......it takes a good long while to dl them on a semi fast machine but if u have a good DSL not too bad and its totally worth the DL i know i did it  
check out my esnips page tons of character lots there! SF1,SSF2,NGBC,Brutal paws of furry, and a ton more im updating it constantly
