Im looking for a Ryu character that can go toe-to-toe with Holy Ken, Is there a Ryu out there?

probably evil ryu, you can find him on this site I believe. If you get the modified omega weapon ryu, it may be too much for any of your chars. I tested his capabilities and he beat god orochi 9/10 times, while holy ken beat him only once. So try to find evil ryu.

Yeah, I already know about that one.. But Im not looking for a Ryu that completly dominates.
Ryu and Ken have been pretty even for the most part, so Im hoping to find a Ryu character on par with Holy Ken without being completly dominating.
