| Hello everyone!
Every of us know that Minatos with Hokage Cloack for mugen are too rare.
Good news, i have found a good sprite sheet for Minato Hokage NZC.
So if any mugen char coder see this thread and get the sprite sheet, it is pleased to make this char because too many people are searching to find him.

go to youtube search for "how to code a mugen charater" and read mugen docs and code it
