Can anyone make the Winmugen version of this char

Hello everyone!
I am making a mugen and to complete it i needed a Minato with hokage outfit.
Well i found a perfect one but..... When i put it to my mugen (wich is an Winmugen not Mugen 1.0) mugen closes.
I tried the char in a Mugen 1.0 and worked.
So, if anyone can make this char for Winmugen, please make it!!!!

toligjoni, first, if the coder of that char uses codes that are only for 1.0, then that would mean a whole lot more work than just simple fixes. why? because 1.0 is a direct upgrade, not just an alternative to winmugen. so the codes have been updated/upgraded as well. if the 1.0 codes are integral part of how he coded that char, it will fuck up the char removing them.
