| eeh... allign sprites... uff that's not what i tought eh?
sorry but about that, i kinda suck.
i'm good at balancing by changing moves input and making the OP techniques harder to do, changing the AI, changing stats, changing size of char (in case one seems too tall) balancing in general... when it comes with sprite problems, i am really bad. also those are chibi characters...
you asked some really heavy recoding by asking for one char to transform into another.
that's not balancing that's repairing and improving characters ._.
i think the best for such thing is mgs but i may be wrong

| Wells its easy. You just need fighter factory, just google some tutorial on how to do it. But I guess resorting to asking people is perfectly fine if people will do it willingly.
