| hey, i readed the rules before and i know i'm new here. but i really can't post a lot of things, cause i'm from portugal and i do not speak english well. so please, if you want to help a cool girl, make an Inoichi Yamanaka char for me. i don't care about the movelist..

thats NOT the reason. there are NOT ENOUGH SPRITES, if you have a decent and adequate enough number of sprites for attacks, movements and damage poses, its up to the coder if he likes the sprites or not.
