char for creation

my photo as you can see is a 2d char i tried to create.Fine,now i finished most part of it but didn't quite understand the animations stuff.So i tried to run it on my mugen later on & there was a bunch of errors.In other words i ask if someone could & wanted to create that new char to upload on here.I've never created before so it didn't work but i'd really love to play with that one.It is asuka kazama of tekken by the way.So if any volunteer i appreciate it very much

not that im some mugen expert but im positive u need more than just that one pic do u have a complete sprite sheet??

i don't understand what sprite sheets are.I just found it on google & tried to create the character by the help of videos

spritesheets are pictures with lots of sprites (small pixelated pictures of chars for movements and attacks and damage poses)
