Well, the only thing I can think of is God Rugal from CvS2 with really good timing and placement  Use his kicking special move about 3 times and then off with his signature special.
It all matters on the timing of the imput, the timing of the opponent falling down, and the timing of G. Rugal himself. It is one of the most trickiest special move combos I have ever pulled off.
I have done this before, but only once. So hope you are very lucky click here if you don't have him
