| In order to avoid abuse and to reward those that contribute to this site we will add this new rule to this section. In order for you to request a char and have your request fulfilled by mods whenever possible, you'll have to have at least 20 posts. Having less than that does not mean you cannot request, but means your chances of having that request fulfilled are smaller. If you have more than 20 posts or you are a contributor, we'll give special attention to your char requests

Because if you post something that are offtopic or spams, then they will be deleted and your post count will be at the same level. So if you want more posts, try to get them by sharing chars and stages or by helping anyone in anything
