hi, i just got version 1.0rc7 after asking about mugen on another sire here is a link http://mugenguild.com/forumx/index.php?topic=115543.0

i got started quite easy and have a few chars and a background running fine with sound, but still have a few questions as i am very eager to build up a decent collection.

1) i can only see a slot for 12 chars and would like to expand this as much as possible

2) i need add-ons explaining and a guide to using them

3) really finding it a pain to find a good site with a collection of chars mortal kombat streetfighter KOF familey guy dragon balls simpsons and so on.

4) unsure what to do with installer packages..(usually come when i get a char zip file)

thanks for reading hope you can help i hope to be more regular on this site as i think mugen is a fantastic idea and have being meaning to start using it for a very long time..

2 more questions maybe something i will never be able to do but,
when i get the hang of the above as i said im very eager and inpatient lol

A) i would lik eot learn how to make my own chars
cool can i make myself a into a char??

thanks again

i`m not lazy i`m thinking

sorry, this site is not good for mugen 1.0
all previous versions are good, but about 1.0 i'm the most expert in here... and i know almost nothing

about making yourself as a char you can do that by taking 1 pic of yourself on a bluescreen for each sprite you need, which is a really expensive thing to do

in the mugen folder go into the data folder and open the mugen file with a notepad like program about 24 lines done the motif needs to say this
motif = data/big/system.def
you be able to hold about 60 characters i think
