| _____kEnt_xD, I have so many characters that are chibi that would prove you wrong. <3 Except for about half of the naruto ones, I'm thinking of completely getting rid of most of them, 5evar. I hate most Naruto characters now anyway, most of them have one or two combos.

Exactly Cliff's naruto characters are overpowered actually all of his characters are he gives them a huge ass 1 hit ko finisher or some shit or they can start in a op mode.
