Rank him/her from 0 - 10
(feel free to add a little comment as well)
0-1 means you never seen or heard of him/her
2-3 means you have not seen them much
4-6 means you have seen this member several times
7-9 means you have seen them a lot, and maybe know them well
10-10 means he/she are a legend on forums !!
-If you seen the guy/girl in real life or from somewhere else it DOES NOT count
-make sure to rate the person above you in each post.
i dont expect much hehe cause many members in here havin trouble with the mods
