Mods fcking reproof ppls without any warning , just because they did something against the rules? haha.
About the new rules
2. No short, low quality posts like "bump", "lol", "roflmao", "thanks" and any repeated characters.
why ? some peoples can say what they want with just 1 smiley , or word.
10. Advertising of competing sites is not allowed.
EVERYONE who makes new mugen site , advertise it mostly in signature , or the "Link sharing" section , so that rule is actually useless? unless u warn those who "share" the links to their sites.
17. Be kind to others.

6. Signature images can be no larger than 650x280 pixels and 500k size. Animated gifs should not be annoying.
Check uzumakis mod signatures.

Well, I feel that there should be a new mod for new parts of the forum (like introduction), and replace the unactive ones with people on this forum. I don't mind taking on new sections if you don't find people to trust to.

| What should change about this site is that the Group of Contributors should not be able to give rep, or we should all start from Users once again.
Why?
This is the reason, when you first joined, you were respectful and wanted to become a contributor, however once you became one, everything changed. The amount of flame wars increased, so have the amount of pointless -reps and I haven't seen this many people getting reproofed in one week since I joined.

This seems kind of true... rep and contributor system should be somehow changed... what about contributors are people with more than 10 or 15 rep? Although the rep system should be restarted then...
