| I know this is not the right website to post this, but I don't know what else to do...
Well... I downloaded the Rockman.EXE Operate Shooting Star English translation patch, but when I try to apply the IPS patch No$GBA shows the "ROM-Image has crashed" box. I would really appreciate if someone would help me with this...

| Did you try using this to patch it? It's something called tsukuyomi

It's not a normal patch... it has a lot of other files in it, like table.tlb, vlc files etc... I really don't know what to do with this...

| Patches suck just download a version which has aldready been patched(search youtube).

Well.. not exactly. It's a crossover between BN and SF. It's really cool, as you are allowed to play as the SF Megaman.
