| Jusr wondering what everyone else uses, since everyone here makes amazing sprites. I use ms paint for sprites. Another question, how do you make hi res sprites with ms paint? Would appreciate it if someone were to help!

| Photoshop, probably the best spriting program. You can download a free trial or if you're okay with pirating here's a link to CS3 which I've seen used the most. Photoshop CS3

| Quote (Esper) i use it to save the files as pcx files If you mean to make chars you do that in ff because they need to be accorded to the pallete And you save them all in once not save them one by one

| Tyr GIMP. It is better than Photoshop and free. I use Paint for my sprites, bit GIMP for my serious edits.(Of sprites, not characters. I don't do that.
