| Ok, I went on tcrf today, in Sonic CD. I found that there was a secret cute sonic screen. I just edited it and decided to share it!
Ill give a step by step tutorial on how to do make the wallpaper. (setting that as a desktop does not work.)
1. Go here: http://tcrf.net/Sonic_CD
2. Go to the 4th hidden image. (DO NOT GO TO 5 ITS SCARY)
3. Click Save as and download it some where.
4. Go to paint and take off the japanese characters.
5. (PAINT) Fill in the beige/whatever and black lines on the top and bottom white with fill bucket.
6. (PAINT) Fill in his eyes DARK green.
7. Save it, set the image as your desktop. Look at it!
