Everytime I plug my MP3 in this device that has 4 USB slots my mouse will stop working, and shut off. (The red glow shuts off and mouse wont work)
My mouse is plugged in the computers normal USB slot, so what the heck is going on here :\ ?

Anyone else had a problem like this?

I got the solution today when it happened to me
when i put my mp4 in the front usb slot and pendrive back the pendrive didnt get recognised
when i clicked safely remove mp4 and kept it as it is for chargong the pendrive got recognised
its some sort of problem with all the mp3 and mp4 players i think.

EDIT:so did your problem get solved?

why dont you try giving by some time to your mouse to be recognized by the usb hub here is a little trick to what i mean
plug in your device and let your system to respond if it says device is not working properly the go to my computer right click on it then a menu wil pop up there will be a option known as manage click it new secreen will open then click on device maneger there will be yellow colored options click on them right click it will ask to install drivers install it restart your system and your mp4 is good to go
