SinGoku thinks to himself..... *What could it be?... I have more power than this, but I'm not getting any stronger...Whats holding me

As SinGoku contimplates, he looks at his reflection in a small body of water and thinks about the wings on his back.
"Could that be it?... Wait, what did that guy tell me about this stage.?"
-Thinks back to when he was searching for a weapon-
????- This stage is very powerfull, but it has limitations... for one, The wings on your back are you greatest
strength, but also your greatest weakness... For one, The wings store up the majority of your power, and
randomly grants you portions of it, but it also has the tendency to take some of it away.
SinGoku- Well, thats no good.
????- The second, and probably the greatest weakness, is that as long as you are in this state, you cannot
transform any further....
SinGoku- So wait a second... If this stage has so many drawbacks to it... What is the point of using it?
????- Im getting to that... While it may seem that this form is to risky to use, and has to many flaws...
It does have two saving graces...
SinGoku- Whats that?
????- First, If you find yourself in a situation where your power has failed you, There is a way for you to ascend
to the second stage of that form, which has no drawbacks at all... However, a certain condition must be met,
and you can only sustain this form for a short time at first.
SinGoku- How short of a time are we talking here?
????- 5 minutes...
SinGoku- 5 MINUTES?!?!
????- Yes, 5 minutes... However with the power you would have in that state, 5 minutes would be plenty of time
to defeat any opponent you are facing...
SinGoku- Ok, so what is the condition?
????- there are 2 parts:
First- You must be completly out of power.
Second- You must allow the malicious side of you to take root... Not completly, but enough so that you
may tap into that power...
SinGoku- Kinda risky, aint it?
????- Indeed, which is why you should never use it, unless you literally have no choice.
SinGoku- Gotcha, so whats the second saving grace?
????- Well, this one isnt exactly a saving grace, more like a second chance... As long as your in
that state, Any attack that would instantly kill you would be negated... But... Only once.
SinGoku- well, thats better than nothing, I guess...
Thats right.... If I use up all of my energy, and allow a tiny portion of my malicious power to take root,
I can briefly ascend and beat Xicor no problem.... but how do I control it???
Well only one way to find out...
SinGoku starts throwing ki blasts to use up what little energy he has left....
