Hi everybody. I've already proposed to create Peter Garrett in mugen, but I don't think that'll go down well as so many Yanks have no idea who he is.
How about creating 2 characters we'd all be familiar with: south park's Terrance & Phillip? Would they make you laugh your arse off?
& because I'm a beginner, how do i make characters?
After a rather scathing resoponse to peter garrett by some anime fanatic, I've also put up this notice below:
