and winmugen112 and winmugenplus as well as which is the best.
And by best, I mean, visually looking the best combined with the most flexibility with being bale to use both low-res and hi-res characters.
In the readme for 1.0, it looks like I'd have to go and tweak a lot of the older stages (if I'm reading it right that is) to make it work properly yet I like that it comes custom-built to be able to handle smaller and higher resolutions. winmugenplus handles both low and high-res work but fullscreen is ugh looking.Added (2011-08-18, 2:00 PM)
