oh man this is an epic char made even more epic wow. he added english text to it so you can tell what you are changing now this character is so fun I made a gif to show the english text for move choosing.
it works like this match starts you press start on each selection and scroll through the ones you arent using press start again to change them, use the back arrow to move back to where you were. you can even set up preset datas so you can use them right on the spot I have nothing bad to say about this character nothing at all he plays like he did in godhand. ENJOY

prinny was accurate to CIRBTH
Marona was JJBA styled
and hoshikage i think was custom as well.
either way I enjoy the etna Im not a fan of mvc in mugen but shes not mvc to the point of being annoyingly broken.
