| lol.. i dont like it :C.. soulfire wip version is 2x better than this..its still wip but it was awsome already.... after he finish it to 100% who knows how epic that char is ,, so he is my only hope for a great enel.. goodluck to him \m/

| ok this char isnt really that great, for starters his thunder phoenix attack should be a normal attack, his 200,000,000(too many zeros?) volt amaru form should always hit but instead it just punches and thats it, theres some other specials that shouldnt be specials and whats the point of the bubble?(oh and his portrait covers most of the portraits above him) etc...
but anyway its a good thing that people are doing more one piece chars

| XASOR LOL..!! i like to become a OP chars coder but im still struggling in palletes.. i though it was work, the background of the sprites disappear but.. when i test the char in mugen it didnt show any animation sprites in gameplay.. :C
