I've been using him and the only problems are that doing his speed attack in the air, doesn't allow you to move up and down but he was able to do that in previous releases. You also can't press y while doing getsuga tensho and make a charged attck.

I have updated the download link shown in the description on youtube. In my updated download link these problems no longer exist. Note however that second bankai and saigo no getsuga tenshou forms are unable to press y while in getsuga tenshou. This is intentional. The forms have so many other advantages.
