One of the best Crocodiles I've played with, gameplay is good and not too complex.
The sprites come from the new One Piece Gigant Battle video game

Some chars do not have attacks in those buttons so that might be the reason.

try first in training mode (because you have full power there, just in case the attacks for those buttons require power) but if it still doesnt do anything, then its really coded that way
