I have the resources I need for it and I can also deal with the coding, but I'm too lazy to cut out and add the sprites then make the pallets and add SFX. If someone is willing plz reply, PM, or contact me on YT or E-mail :P

well anyone else interested also? we cant do it alone. and btw this will be a char that hasnt been made on mugen yet! I don't want to go out saying in public what it is unless or until we have made enough progress in the char.

silly me @.@ I appreciate it man but I was wondering if you could also do positioning of sprites and animations? I'll send u the full char with act and Sff having the pallete and sprites inserted

kix, alfred spritesheet unpacker can cut into bmp and also not transparent background.
