| Dunno Who is she, is she one of Neo Reaper Isabeu version or not,
But she is little different with Neo Reaper Isabeu ssj9,
She hasn't wings,
She isn't too much cheap like one hit K.O.,
She has alot of supers and specials but not too much damage,
She has moves like venom from marvel and flexible,
That's all why I like her,
I ever played her in MUGEN KOF 2000 if I'm not wrong but I lost her  ,
