Mugen Online Multi-player?

| Ok So i was wondering about this recently, Couldn't people use this program called "Teamviewer" to
play mugen online between 2 people?<(hasn't been tested. just a theory)
I'm not sure if it would kill the fps or not but isn't that a possibility allowing people
from the mugen community to play online against each other?
Anyone have Thoughts, or a Straight forward answer?
