charge is poweradd state controller

then changestate (leave the charging state) when you are not holding a button

wtf does byakugan do in mugen?

dude, you won't learn if i give you codes. you want to learn using the best tutorial? open your doc folder of your mugen, they are the best tutorial. they are from elecbyte.

sctrl file contains state controllers like poweradd. read it. it is easy to understand

yes i know byakugan. but what does it do to enemy in mugen ? tell me and i will tell you how to code it. i am not very familiar with naruto stuff in mugen
