Format Factory (a program) can but i never tried it (because you need rearrange colors on pallete).
I recommend you to save the image as Bitmap 24 bits (this is the only bitmap option without any losing of colors)

You Download Irfan view

You Open The Pic In Irfan View

You Go to save as Change the type to what type you want

uzumakiClan, find a batch converter to convert your png into bmp, then use video tutorials to learn bmp to pcx

uzumakiClan, use photoshop.

Just open your image in photoshop and then click on image tab then in mode find indexed color, click on it and then save the pic as pcx.
